Do you need a gull licence?
If you need to manage gulls to preserve public health and safety, you must have a licence for:
- nest or egg destruction
- relocating chicks
- lethal control
Renewing a licence
If you want to renew a licence from 2021 or earlier, you need to apply for a new licence.
